As a two-time host of the Winter Olympics and four-time host of the Alpine World Ski Championships, St. Moritz is one of the most famous winter sports resorts in the world. For us, it was clear from the first contact with the customer that the renowned high-altitude resort needed a representative and contemporary tourist information. Together with St. Moritz Tourism, we developed a new way of welcoming and advising guests in an information center: informal, direct, friendly. The philosophy of a new kind of guest interaction was at the forefront of the new conception of the information center for the almost 20,000 visitors per year. The iLounge is not an empty promise: "i" stands for information as well as multimedia and "lounge" for the extraordinary opportunity to plan one's stay on site in peace. In line with the new situation, the staff have been trained as excursion advisors and insider tip brokers to welcome and advise information seekers in an uncomplicated manner. A visit to the iLounge offers guests from all over the world a welcoming overall package. The inspiration and hospitality of the Engadins can already be felt and experienced here.
